What makes us so unique is our ability to efficiently utilize hand labor where the consumer can see and taste the difference. Here’s how we do it. CREATIVE CULTURE We have a culture where new ideas are not just encouraged, they are expected. Not only has our creativity invented some of the most unique products in the industry, we have taken this creative thinking to the packaging area and developed a patented packaging system for our microwavable tamales. OUTSTANDING TEAM Some key management members have been working together for over 25 years. During that time they have had extensive experience producing value added meat products for some of the nation’s largest chains. Our management team has been working together for an average of over 11 years. Our production workforce comes from a large pool of available labor. They understand and have the authority to enforce our high standards of quality. All of our team members have been indoctrinated into a true culture that the customer comes first (of course after food safety). EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMERS Our average customer has been with us for approximately 14 years. Much of our growth has come from our customers increasing the number of items we produce for them. The fact we have never lost a major account throughout our history attests to our true customer commitment. We do business with companies who share our values and are committed to a long lasting and mutually prosperous relationship. NEW PRODUCTION FACILITY Our new facility was designed first and foremost for food safety and then for production flexibility. The plant utilizes state of the art equipment to maximize efficiency without sacrificing the hand made quality that makes our products outstanding. GREAT LOCATION We are located in a rapidly growing small city of 15,000 who appreciate the employment and economic benefits we have brought to the city. The area provides us with a plentiful workforce. Deming is located in the heart of the country’s best and largest chile growing region (Hatch, New Mexico). Other raw materials are available in the region as well. Our 10 acre property is on Interstate 10, the direct route between the eastern United States and southern California and is near Interstate 25 to serve northern markets. |
